Secondary school life

Since beginning of school, Yuva seems to be very busy. Almost each and everyday, she is staying back in school for activity.

When I leave for work, she is not back home.
When I am back from work, she is asleep.
Therefore, I can only talk to her during the 2 weekend days.

Yesterday, she called me and told me that she is one of the top student for Chinese. She had gotten 39 1/2 over 50 for her essay. Her Chinese teacher strongly encouraged her to take up Higher Chinese.

I do not want to add pressure to the girl so did not force her. Anyway, she prefers to stay as present. But on the whole I am very glad she had achieved such good results.

Back then when she was in lower primary, she doesn't like Chinese at all. That is because she felt it very tough to master the language. When I enrol her to the enrichment class from primary 5, she began to like the subject and put in a lot of effort.

She had achieved an A for her PSLE exam. That is very encouraging.

Hope she can continue with her hard work and upgrade it.

Good work and well done Yuva. Keep it up. Jia you!
