MC King

MC King, on his last blog posting, says that he is not popular.

That is not true. His news is everywhere these few days.
Chinese papers, English papers and even on many other blogs.

At his wake, I saw many mediacorp artistes - some current ones and some other ex-s.
All came to see our old friend for the last time.

This morning when I came to the wake, there was a band playing some of MC's favourite songs. Tears just automatically started falling.

A lot of the neighbourhood friends and residents were crowding round the wake tent. After some riutals, the cortege set off at 12 noon. Then a beeline followed the van for a short distance before we board the bus to Mandai.

Hall 4, the si-fu perform last prayers and was sent for cremation. The viewing room was fully packed and we see him off with a loud and proud clap.

Now Jimmy is gone, but he left behind a lot of memories to his fellow colleagues, his friends and of course his family.

We will always keep his smiling face, his jovious laughter and all his filial character in our hearts.
